Middle School Athletes
These programs are designed for athletes aged 10-13 with limited to no weightlifting experience. The programs are designed to improve Speed, Power, Strength and Agility, which enhances overall athleticism.
Programs:
- Speed and Agility (ages 9-12):
- Program will focus on running and jumping technique, how to be explosive and change direction efficiently. Program will help to improve conditioning.
- Intro to Weightroom (ages 9-14):
- Program designed to teach young athletes ages 9-14 basic weightroom lifts to promote proper technique and safety. Supervised classes will focus on bodyweight,bands, dumbell and kettlebell strength training.
- Combination Program: Includes both programs above
High School Athletes
These programs are designed for athletes aged 14+. We welcome novice and experienced Weightlifters. The programs improve overall Speed, Power, Strength, Agility, and overall athleticism.
Programs:
- Speed and Agility (ages 13+):
- Program will focus on running and jumping technique, how to be explosive and change direction efficiently. Program will help to improve conditioning.
- Weightlifting 101 (ages 15+):
- SMALL GROUP TRAINING (UP T0 6 ATHLETES PER GROUP) Classes will be supervised and instructed on the 4 main lifts. Squat,Bench,Press and Deadlift. Perfect class for Athletes looking to get stronger in the weightroom and on the field.
- Combination Program: Includes both programs above
College Athletes
We have a team of strength coaches that can help you with your prescribed program. We can prepare you for your fall or spring sport alongside the programs written by your college or university team coaches. Contact us to get started and to learn about dates and times available.
